Agreement Overview
By accessing, subscribing to, or using Delegatemate CRM, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions issued by OmniOps IT Solutions, a Dubai-based technology company. These terms govern your use of the Delegatemate platform, including all services, features, and billing practices. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
Subscription and Billing
Delegatemate operates on a subscription basis. By signing up, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to the plan selected. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly recurring basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable once processed.
To activate your account, you must provide a valid credit or debit card. You authorize OmniOps IT Solutions to charge your card on file for your recurring monthly fee and any agreed-upon add-ons. This includes automatic billing at the start of each new billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal.
Failure to process payment due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason may result in suspension or termination of your access to Delegatemate until payment is completed.
Payment Method and Credit Card Authorization
By providing your payment information, you authorize OmniOps IT Solutions to store and use your card for ongoing billing related to your Delegatemate account. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors to handle all card transactions. Credit card details are never stored directly on our servers.
If you upgrade or add services during your subscription, you agree to be billed accordingly and authorize the system to process the difference on your existing payment method.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via email or through your Delegatemate account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within the billing cycle.
For annual or promotional plans, any cancellation prior to the end of the term will not result in a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized users have access. Delegatemate accounts include unlimited user access, but you are solely responsible for managing team permissions.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are used for illegal activity, spam, unauthorized access attempts, or abuse of system resources.
System Availability and Maintenance
Delegatemate is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure and is designed to be available 99.9% of the time. However, we may conduct scheduled maintenance or emergency updates that could temporarily interrupt service. We will make every effort to notify users of planned downtime and restore service as quickly as possible.
OmniOps IT Solutions is not liable for any business loss or damages arising from temporary outages, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.
Use of Platform and Data
Delegatemate is intended for business use. You may not use the platform for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activities. You retain full ownership of the data entered into the system and may export your data at any time.
OmniOps IT Solutions will never sell or misuse your business or customer data. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Delegatemate may offer optional integrations with services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Stripe, and others. By connecting these services, you agree to their terms of use and authorize Delegatemate to securely access data required for integration.
We are not liable for any issues, data loss, or limitations caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, website content, and software associated with Delegatemate are the intellectual property of OmniOps IT Solutions. You may not replicate, resell, or rebrand the system or any portion of it without express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
OmniOps IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Delegatemate system, including but not limited to data loss, missed leads, client disputes, or business interruptions.
Maximum liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months prior to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the matter will be handled through negotiation. If unresolved, the issue will be referred to the courts of Dubai.
